POLICY - Facilities Use at St. Jude

Due to the high usage of all of our facilities, St. Jude facilities are not available for rental for uses beyond the parish or only infrequently for use by other non-profit(501c3) organizations based on Pastor’s decision.  We do have a Use Fee for Lovett Hall and for the Parish Hall for functions not connected to sacramental ceremonies of active, registered parishioners(receptions mostly).  A registered parishioner must be on file and show clear signs of activity in the parish for at least 6 months prior to the event (mass attendance, giving of Time, Talents, Treasure, and/or sacramental preparation).  Scheduling of all facilities is done through the Parish Office Master Schedule.
